Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of services is deemed to be an acceptance of the fees due and the terms and conditions below.
Extra costs:
The tables above show standard prices for properties containing one of each of the following, reception, bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Any extra rooms will incur additional charges.
All reports will be sent electronically via email, paper copies will incur an additional charge of £10.00 per document.
If access is not available to any part of a property an Inventory will not be carried out of such areas.
Cancellation policy:
A call out fee of £45.00 is applicable for missed or aborted appointments, unless cancellation requests are received no less than 24 hours prior to appointment time.
Payment policy:
All services provided to Landlords require advance payment.
All services provided through Letting Agents require payment within 14 days of invoice, unless otherwise agreed. Interest rate of 5% will be applied to invoices outstanding more than 14 days after the date payment is due.
